Classic Whiskey Smash


2 oz Red Drum Rye

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

6 Mint Leaves


Muddle Mint, add remaining ingredients, top w/ crushed ice, garnish w/ mint sprig




Bourbon Pineapple Punch


2 oz Red Drum Bourbon

2 oz Pineapple Juice 1 oz Lime 1 oz Simple

Serve on the Rocks,

Garnish w/ Pineapple Slice




Smash Tropicál


2.5 oz Red Drum Corn

.5 oz Lemon Juice .5 oz Pineapple Juice

.25 oz Simple Syrup

6 Mint Leaves

1.5 oz Red Drum Corn

Improved Whiskey Cocktail

2.5 oz. Red Drum Rye Whiskey .25 Maraschino Liqueur .25 Simple Syrup 4d Angostura Bitters

Stir with ice, serve down in an absinthe rinsed Double Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.



Prosecutor

1.5 oz. Red Drum Rye .5 oz Elderflower liqueur

.5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse

5. oz. Lemon Juice

1d Peychaud’s Bitters

Shake with ice, Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.





Ybor City Julep


2.5 oz. Red Drum Bourbon

.5 oz. Smith & Cross Rum

.25 oz. Demerara Simple Syrup

2d Angostura Bitters


Gently muddle mint in mixing glass, stir with ice, pour contents into chilled julep glass, top w/ crushed ice, garnish w/ mint bouquet.
